"Share Your Story" Survey Prize Draw

1. Promoter

This prize draw is organised by Tap Global Limited, a company incorporated in Gibraltar, with its registered office at 260–262 Main Street, Gibraltar GX11 1AA ("Tap", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

2.1 The draw is open to individuals who:

• are registered Tap users with a verified account (KYC Level 1 or above) at the time of entry;
• are aged 18 or over;
• are resident in a country in which Tap's services are available; and
• complete and submit the survey in full during the Promotion Period.

2.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• employees, directors, officers, or contractors of Tap Global Limited or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates;
• immediate family members of the above; and
• any person who has previously won a Tap prize draw in the preceding 12 months.

3. Promotion Period

The survey will be open from 3 June 2026. Entries must be received no later than 23:59 UTC on 30 July 2026. Entries received after this deadline will not be eligible for the draw.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, participants must:

• access the survey via the link provided by Tap;
• enter their valid TNG code (as displayed in the Tap app under their profile);
• complete all required questions honestly and in full; and
• accept these Terms & Conditions before submitting.

4.2 Only one entry per TNG code is permitted. Duplicate entries will be discarded.

4.3 Entries submitted with an invalid, unrecognised, or unverified TNG code will be void.

5. The Prize

5.1 One (1) winner will receive €50 (fifty euros), credited to their Tap account as USDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transfer.

5.2 The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.

5.3 The prize will be credited to the winner's Tap account within 14 days of the winner being notified and confirmed.

6. The Draw

6.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid, eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6.2 The draw will take place on or before 31 July 2026.

6.3 The draw will be conducted by an independent member of Tap staff not involved in running the promotion.

6.4 The result of the draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process.

7. Winner Notification

7.1 The winner will be notified via the contact details associated with their Tap account (email and/or in-app notification) within 5 business days of the draw.

7.2 If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, Tap reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries.

7.3 Tap may publish the winner's first name and country of residence on its website or social media channels. By entering, participants consent to this. No other personal data will be published.

8. Data Protection

8.1 No personal data is collected directly through this survey. The TNG code entered is an anonymous app-generated identifier and does not constitute personal data in isolation.

8.2 Survey responses may be used in anonymised and aggregated form for product improvement and marketing purposes.

8.3 TNG codes are used solely to verify eligibility and link responses to a registered account. They will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Tap accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason, including technical failure.

9.2 Tap accepts no responsibility for any technical issues affecting the availability or proper functioning of the survey.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude Tap's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. General

10.1 Tap reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entry that it reasonably suspects to involve fraud, misrepresentation, automated entry, or any other form of manipulation.

10.2 Tap reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that it will endeavour to give reasonable notice where possible.

10.3 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.4 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Tap and the participant in relation to this promotion and supersede any prior representations or understandings.

10.5 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. Any dispute arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.
